PRIVACY NOTICE
Your information,
handled with care.
This notice describes information collected through this website, including service requests and website analytics.
Information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect your name, company if provided, contact details, property or shipping location, requested dates, service details, and any notes you choose to send. We also record the time you agreed to be contacted, the page where your visit began, and campaign parameters from your visit if present. The site uses a short-lived rate limit to help prevent spam.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the website. It can collect pages viewed, engagement, referring source, device and browser information, and approximate location. Analytics may use cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not send the contents of service request forms or payment card details to Google Analytics. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, prepare a quote, contact you, coordinate service or rental, measure which pages and campaigns bring requests, and maintain business records. We do not collect payment card details through these forms. Approved payments are handled through a separate Chase payment link.
Who receives it
Authorized Incrementum NY staff can access requests in WordPress. We may share relevant details with service providers needed to fulfill a job, such as a laboratory, courier, payment processor, or professional advisor. Website analytics are processed by Google. We do not sell form submissions.
Retention and security
Request records are kept for the period needed for business, tax, insurance, and legal purposes. Access is limited to authorized users. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings. To ask about a request or your information, email xrfleadtest@gmail.com or call (917) 613-7748. Applicable record-keeping duties may limit deletion.
